Jerzy Grygorczuk appointed as member of the POLSA Council.

On April 30th 2015 Jerzy Grygorczuk, Astronika’s Chief Technology Officer, was officially appointed as member of the Polish Space Agency (POLSA) Council by the decision of the Prime Minister of Poland, Ewa Kopacz. 

POLSA was established by the decision of the Polish parliament in July 2014 in order to facilitate the development of the Polish space sector and improve the cooperation between science and business entities in the field of space industry and research. POLSA’s Council comprises of several members of the government, four representatives of scientific bodies and four representatives of commercial enterprises.

The Council’s first five-year term commenced on May 1st and its inaugural meeting was held on May 12th.
